Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced Conference Manager with a strong background in the crypto industry and a well-established professional network across the Web3 ecosystem.
This role is perfect for someone who not only knows how to organize events but also understands where to be and who to know — ensuring our agents and partners attend the most valuable and exclusive crypto conferences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant crypto, Web3, DeFi, Blockchain, and AI-related events worldwide;
• Validate and evaluate event quality (ROI, reputation, attendee composition);
• Manage participation logistics — registrations, tickets, travel, and communications with event organizers;
• Leverage existing network connections to access invite-only or closed events;
• Negotiate with clients, partners, and conference organizers to secure visibility and opportunities;

• Represent the company at events, build meaningful connections, and prepare post-event reports.

   

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience working in a crypto or Web3 company/agency;
• A strong and active network in the crypto community (organizers, funds, KOLs, investors, projects);
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem — major conferences, trends, and networking value;
• Proven ability to discover, assess, and validate event opportunities;
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (B2+ level minimum);
• Strategic mindset, diplomacy, flexibility, and the ability to open doors in exclusive environments.
