IT Business Analyst to $1800

Lumitech is looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. 

You’ll be working on meaningful, diverse projects — from restaurant management platforms to MedTech solutions for radiologists and invoicing systems for the MENA region.

Projects you might work on

- Restaurant Management Platform – digital tools for managing staff, orders, and analytics

- MedTech Platform for Radiologists – smart imaging and workflow optimization

- Invoicing Platform for MENA Countries – simplifying regional finance and compliance

What we’re looking for

• 6+ months of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid understanding of Agile software development principles
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and system requirements
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating requirement elicitation sessions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BPMN / UML and process modeling techniques
• Ability to create wireframes or mockups to support project specifications
• Basic knowledge of project and product management concepts
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana
• Technical background (QA, development, or data-related field)
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases

- We expect the Business Analyst to participate in two projects simultaneously, plus handle some on-demand discovery phases if required.
