Our PPC department currently consists of 4 highly skilled professionals, and we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Amazon PPC Team Lead.

💫 Role Overview:

As an Amazon PPC Lead (Senior PPC Manager), you will take full ownership of the company’s Amazon advertising operations.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing PPC campaigns, coordinating the work of other specialists, and continuously improving advertising performance to drive business growth.
This role combines hands-on campaign management with leadership and strategic input.

📌 Working Conditions:

✔️ Schedule: 5 days/week, 10 AM–7 PM (Kyiv time)

🎯 Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of experience in Amazon PPC, with strong expertise across all ad types (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
✅ Proven success in managing and scaling PPC campaigns for multiple products and markets.
✅ Advanced understanding of Amazon Ads platform, keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
✅ Experience in mentoring or coordinating a small PPC team or freelancers.
✅ Excellent analytical skills — ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
✅ Strong communication and organization skills — able to coordinate with content, marketing, and analytics teams.
✅ Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

➕Experience with Amazon PPC automation and analytics software (Scale Insights, other platforms) will be an advantage.

 

🎯 Responsibilities:

❇️ Campaign Management & Optimization

Set up, manage, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns to achieve ACoS, TACoS, and ROI targets.

Conduct keyword research, create campaign structures, and monitor performance daily.

Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization to maximize results.

Identify and resolve performance issues quickly and effectively.

❇️ Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement PPC strategies aligned with company goals and marketing priorities.

Analyze competitors, market trends, and new opportunities for growth.

Recommend improvements to campaign structures, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches.

❇️ Team Coordination & Collaboration

Coordinate and guide PPC specialists, freelancers, or external partners.

Share best practices, review campaigns, and ensure consistent execution quality.

Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to align advertising with overall brand strategy.

❇️ Performance Analysis & Reporting

Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Monitor key metrics and suggest optimization tactics to improve efficiency and profitability.

❇️ Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with Amazon Advertising updates, tools, and trends.

Test new features and suggest innovations to enhance overall advertising performance.
