Senior UX/UI Designer — SaaS, CPQ, Admin, Customer Portals

About the Product
We’re developing a live SaaS platform used daily by sales teams, distributors, and end clients to configure, price, and quote (CPQ) complex custom products like windows, doors, and other configurable goods.
Our system includes:
- A Client Portal for viewing, approving, and managing quotes and documents
- A Seller Workspace for creating offers, applying discounts, and managing contracts
- An Admin Console for managing catalogs, workflows, and analytics
We already have production users — and now we’re entering a phase of deep UX and interface refinement across all layers of the platform.
Your Role
We’re looking for a strong, fast, product-driven UX/UI Designer with a proven background in SaaS, quoting systems, or workflow-intensive applications — someone who can turn complex logic into intuitive, consistent, and scalable design systems.
You’ll work directly with the product manager and engineering team to rebuild the Client Experience, Seller Tools, and Admin Interfaces — ensuring every flow feels seamless, logical, and elegant.
What You’ll Do
- Audit current UX and identify friction points across user journeys (Admin → Seller → Client).
- Redesign Client Portal UX (document tracking, quote approval, payment flow).
- Rebuild Seller Tools for faster, cleaner quote creation and editing.
- Refine Admin Panel UX for catalog management, multi-tenant setup, and analytics dashboards.
- Deliver clean, production-ready Figma files with component systems and variants.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflow and ideation.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect and consistent implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS product design, ideally in CPQ, ERP, CRM, or B2B workflow systems.
- Solid experience designing dashboards, quoting tools, portals, or document management interfaces.
- Excellent command of Figma (auto-layout, variants, design tokens, interactive prototypes).
- Deep understanding of user experience in complex data-driven apps.
- Speed, precision, and a sense of ownership — you deliver clear value fast.
- Strong communication in English and ability to collaborate directly with product/business teams.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Tailwind, ShadCN, or similar UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with Vue.js / React-based component architecture.
- Experience integrating customer experience analytics into UX decisions.
