Junior Front-End Developer (React / React Native) — Fintech to $800

About the Project:

We’re building a next-gen remittance & self-custody fintech app powered by stablecoins. The goal is to make cross-border payments simple, fast, and borderless.

You’ll help develop a clean, modern web and mobile experience.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Foundations

• JavaScript (ES6+): Solid understanding of async/await, Promises, map/filter/reduce, destructuring, and closures.
• TypeScript: Experience with strong typing, interfaces, enums, and generics.

2. React.js (Web)

• Core: Functional components, Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useMemo, useCallback).
• Styling: Experience with SCSS/SASS, CSS Modules, or utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• State Management: Redux Toolkit, RTK Query (or alternatives like Zustand, MobX, Context API).
• Routing: Proficient with react-router-dom (v6+).

3. React Native (Mobile)

• Core Components (View, Text, Image, StyleSheet)
• Lists (FlatList, SectionList) and navigation via React Navigation (Stack, Tab, Drawer)
• Styling using StyleSheet API and responsive layouts (Dimensions, Platform API, Flexbox)
• Familiarity with Expo and mobile build/deployment processes is a plus.

4. General Ecosystem & Tooling

• Git: Good understanding of git flow, rebase, cherry-pick, pull requests.
• API Interaction: REST APIs (fetch/axios) — GraphQL experience is a plus.
• Tooling: npm/yarn, ESLint, Prettier, basic Webpack/Babel/Vite understanding.
