Junior Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and outreach to mobile apps and games companies that could benefit from performance-based influencer campaigns
- Market and vertical research to identify trends and opportunities
- Support campaign strategy by aligning client goals with CPI/CPA campaign structures
- Pipeline tracking in our CRM to manage outreach, proposals, and follow-ups
- Join first (and then lead) intro calls and demos to present how GOTAP helps brands acquire users
- Share performance updates and insights with the team to improve results
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) - mandatory
- Interest in sales, lead generation, and partnerships
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
