Junior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and outreach to mobile apps and games companies that could benefit from performance-based influencer campaigns
  • Market and vertical research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support campaign strategy by aligning client goals with CPI/CPA campaign structures
  • Pipeline tracking in our CRM to manage outreach, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Join first (and then lead) intro calls and demos to present how GOTAP helps brands acquire users
  • Share performance updates and insights with the team to improve results

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) - mandatory
  • Interest in sales, lead generation, and partnerships
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience in outreach, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment
