Integration Manager (Service)

We are looking for an Integration Manager to join our Core Product Team.

Our platform powers multiple B2B iGaming partners, and this role focuses on managing and improving third-party integrations.

You will act as the bridge between partners, product, and engineering teams, defining integration requirements, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining smooth, reliable connections with external systems.
 

Your tasks:

Integration Management

  • Gather and clarify requirements from B2B partners regarding new triggers, attributes, and integration needs.
  • Build and maintain robust and resilient integration schemes with third-party services
  • Translate partner and business requests into clear, structured technical tasks for development teams.
  • Review and interpret API documentation from third-party services.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope, test, and deliver new integrations.
  • Maintain an internal registry of third-party systems and API endpoints.
  • Support release validation and QA testing of integration-related features.

Partner & Internal Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related requests from B2B clients.
  • Provide clear documentation and integration guides for internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with the Core Product team to align integrations with the overall platform strategy.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate fixes with developers.
     

Our criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience in integration management, product operations, or technical project coordination, preferably in iGaming, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, REST/JSON principles, and data flows between systems.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors or marketing automation tools (e.g., Smartico, Customer.io, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and explain it clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple integration projects in parallel.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
     

Desirable Skills:

  • Background in iGaming or B2B product management.
  • Familiarity with webhooks, event-based systems, and no-code automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Postman, Jira and/or similar tools for get things done.
  • Experience testing APIs or validating integration logic.
