HR Business Partner

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Founded in 2014, the company quickly became a leader in the CIS region and is now expanding globally.

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner (Warsaw). You will join a friendly and supportive team (3 HR) led by the HRBP Team Lead, working with established processes and a metrics-driven approach.

Join our team in a hybrid work model, spending 2–3 days a week at our centrally located office.

 

πŸ“‹ Key responsibilities and your contribution:

β€’ Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, performance management, compensation and benefits, salary review cycles, and grading.
β€’ Holding regular one-on-one meetings with employees.
β€’ Providing support to employees with various issues (up to 100 employees).
β€’ Assisting and coaching managers on team-related matters.
β€’ Participating in surveys, research, analytics, and report preparation.
β€’ Working on enhancing employee loyalty and engagement to improve retention.
β€’ Resolving conflicts and addressing problematic situations within teams.
β€’ Contributing to the development of corporate culture.
β€’ Organizing informal meetings and team-building activities with the relevant teams.

 

πŸ“š Your qualifications:

β€’ 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist.
β€’ Proven experience in developing and implementing HR-processes like Job Grading Systems, Job Evaluation and Classification, Policy Development, etc.
β€’ Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
β€’ Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management.
β€’ Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
β€’ Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations and Figma.
β€’ Ability to analyze.

 

βž• Nice to have:

β€’ Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus.
