Senior Marketing Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee multiple marketing streams (SMM, SEO, PPC, Influencer, Direct, etc.).
- Build and lead the Milla brand marketing team.
- Participate in product/collection development.
- Develop marketing strategies across channels.
- Analyze advertising performance and competitors.
COMPETENCIES
- Marketing strategy development.
- Working with multiple traffic/acquisition channels.
- Results analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Experience with the U.S. market.
- Managing budgets of $10k+.
- Product marketing experience.
- Understanding of unit economics.
- PPC experience.
- Influencer marketing experience.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- On-site, Lviv office.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Fashion / apparel industry.
TERMS
- Full-time.

- Role budget β $2,000 (negotiable depending on candidate).
