Senior Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee multiple marketing streams (SMM, SEO, PPC, Influencer, Direct, etc.).
  • Build and lead the Milla brand marketing team.
  • Participate in product/collection development.
  • Develop marketing strategies across channels.
  • Analyze advertising performance and competitors.

COMPETENCIES

  • Marketing strategy development.
  • Working with multiple traffic/acquisition channels.
  • Results analytics.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience with the U.S. market.
  • Managing budgets of $10k+.
  • Product marketing experience.
  • Understanding of unit economics.
  • PPC experience.
  • Influencer marketing experience.
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • On-site, Lviv office.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in Fashion / apparel industry.

TERMS

  • Full-time.
  • Schedule: 10:00–18:00, Mon–Fri.
  • Official employment.
  • Role budget β€” $2,000 (negotiable depending on candidate).
  • Probation period β€” 1 month.
