The Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead and scale all marketing initiatives. You’ll own our marketing direction end-to-end - managing a small, high-performing team, aligning SEO, content, paid, and brand efforts, and driving growth for both our platform and services.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy across products and services.
  • Own go-to-market and growth strategy for the link-building platform.
  • Lead content, SEO, and brand initiatives (crypto, iGaming, Web3).
  • Manage PPC, LinkedIn, Reddit campaigns for leads and awareness.
  • Launch email nurture flows and lead magnets for platform adoption.
  • Drive thought leadership via guest posts and PR.
  • Oversee marketing collateral and conference prep.
     

 Must-Have:

  • 3+ years in marketing leadership (Agency, B2B SaaS, SEO, link-building).
  • Proven record building and scaling marketing teams.
  • Strong SEO, link-building, and content marketing knowledge.
  • Experience with GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • English - Upper-Intermediate+ .


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience growing productized platforms or marketplaces.

  • Platform activation and retention rates.
  • Organic traffic and keyword performance.
  • ROI of paid campaigns and content initiatives.
