Technical and Operational Specialist

Your Role

  • Support trouble tickets
  • Replicate issues in the lab
  • On-site support for the lab
  • Support the supplier during deployment and upgrades
  • Monitor alarms daily during normal working hours
  • Conduct routing system maintenance and health checks, and work with the Supplier’s Care team to respond to and resolve system defects within agreed contractual SLAs.
  • Create and route trouble tickets to client's Care as required
  • Monitor and maintain licenses installed on AN products
  • Participate in scheduled project meetings and review calls for care and trouble tickets as needed.
  • Provide first-level support for critical and high-severity issues in the production system by escalating tickets to the Nokia Help Desk support team

Your Profile

  • Experience with Nokia analytics products – Traffica, FNI, NA-x
  • Hands-on analytics product experience (Installation/Configuration)
  • Familiarity with IP Networking, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls
  • Exposure to Linux/Unix - Sh/Csh/Bash Shell Scripting ability
  • Exposure to wireshark, tshark, tcpdump, other unix/linux tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power point)
