Requirements:

β€” 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or promotional marketing
β€” Proven track record of planning and executing promotional campaigns (tournaments, cashback, missions, etc.)
β€” Deep understanding of bonus mechanics, budget management, and reward systems
β€” Experience working closely with creative, product, legal, and analytics teams
β€” Strong analytical skills; able to evaluate promo ROI, engagement, and conversion impact
β€” Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
β€” Excellent communication and project management skills

 

Responsibilities:

β€” Promo Planning & Retention Strategy
Develop quarterly and monthly promo calendars based on key geos and product priorities
Participate in strategic planning sessions with product, marketing, and analytics teams
Align campaigns with legal and compliance teams
Build the promo stream as a standalone pillar within the retention function

β€” Budget Ownership & Efficiency
Own the promo budget: plan vs. actuals, bonus spend, and overall efficiency
Create post-campaign reports including ROI, uplift, engagement, and retention impact
Define and agree on KPIs for each campaign (e.g., deposits, frequency, LTV)
Monitor cost-effectiveness and optimize bonus mechanics

β€” Promo Campaign Launch & Execution
Oversee end-to-end execution of promos: tournaments, lotteries, cashback, missions, seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to prepare creative assets
Ensure timely and accurate delivery across all channels (email, push, SMS, web notifications)
Validate mechanics, eligibility rules, and user journey before each launch

β€” Localization & Geo Adaptation
Manage localization for key markets: language, format, CTAs, and timing
Implement micro-segmentation by behavioral or product traits per geo
Work with local teams (where applicable) to collect feedback and improve performance

β€” Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align promo activity with content, retention, and analytics teams
Co-plan engagement initiatives with the product team
Share learnings and best practices with internal stakeholders regularly

β€” A/B Testing & Scaling
Run experiments on bonus logic, creative formats, and promotional flows
Collect insights, test hypotheses, and scale high-performing tactics
Track industry and internal trends to adapt promos for audience relevance
