🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a 24/7 Trading Department across Console Games and Global Esports.
Develop and optimize trading strategies, collaborating with Mathematics, BI, and Platform teams.
Enhance mathematical models, tools, and operational processes.
Design motivational systems and manage department-level financial planning.
Communicate results and insights to senior stakeholders.

💡 Requirements:
7+ years in operational trading (3+ in leadership).
Deep expertise in trading, risk management, and bettor psychology.
Strong knowledge of sports (Football, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Tennis) — esports experience is a big plus!
Proven leadership and analytical excellence.
Fluent English and Ukrainian/Russian.
