Senior Narrative Designer (Game Writer)

N-iX Games is looking for a Game Writer for a PC premium game co-developed with a renowned strategy / RPG game publisher. You’ll create the narrative of a new IP, and define and build a player’s emotional journey by creating all narrative aspects of a captivating, hard SCI-FI world. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sci-Fi writer with work examples;
• Design story and narrative-driven content in a productive and resultative fashion; 
• Creating and maintaining design documentation to communicate changes to the team;
• Forward-thinking and anticipating the game's needs with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative;
• Desire and ability to support Game Design team and Game Director in defining systems and structures to improve the game experience throughout the entire game, not just in the story/narrative area.

As a plus:

• At least one shipped commercial game title is a huge plus
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Written English (at least C1).
• Familiarity with the hard sci-fi genre, and narrative strategy games.
• A portfolio containing examples of narrative work and examples of style variety is a plus.
