Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients in the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We are growing rapidly and are currently looking for an Operations Manager for a new international project.

Responsibilities:
🔸 Implementation and optimization of operational processes for the entire team (40+ people)
🔸 Resource management and task distribution among teams
🔸 Preventive identification and neutralization of crisis situations, creation of emergency response plans
🔸 Coordination of work cycles (sprints), checkpoints, and timely completion of key stages
🔸 Tracking KPIs and budgets, analyzing process efficiency
🔸 Synchronization of work between departments to achieve strategic goals
🔸 Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management
Requirements:
🔸 Minimum 2 years of experience as an operations or project manager in IT field
🔸 Experience in successful crisis management and working in stressful situations
🔸 Deep understanding of the development cycle and team roles
🔸 Proficient user of Jira or similar tools (Confluence, Asana, Trello)
🔸 Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate a team
🔸 Analytical approach to risk assessment and decision making
🔸 Result-oriented and willing to work in a multitasking environment
