About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sales Manager who’s passionate about helping U.S. companies adopt BIM and VDC solutions.
You’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the U.S. AEC market, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle - from outreach to deal closure.

If you love building relationships, consultative selling, and closing high-value B2B deals, this role is for you.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage new leads within the U.S. construction and design industries.
• Conduct intro calls and presentations using a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with our estimators and project managers to prepare compelling proposals.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline - from first touch to signed contract.
• Nurture long-term client relationships and support account growth.

• Maintain accurate CRM data and outreach performance reports.

   

About You

• 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding (or strong interest) in the AEC, BIM, VDC, or prefab industry.
• Proactive and self-organized - you know how to build and manage your own pipeline.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher). 
   

Compensation

• Base + Commission or Commission-Only (depending on collaboration model).
