Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork and Linkedin) to $1000

CipherCross is an outsourcing team focused on Web & Mobile development. We actively work on Upwork and through LinkedIn outreach, building long-term relationships with B2B clients. We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Specialist/SDR who will drive lead generation through Upwork (Gigradar or Getmany) and LinkedIn (Linked Helper), guide qualified leads to a call with our team, and maintain transparent analytics.

 

Responsibilities

Upwork

  • Configuration, adaptation, and monitoring of Gigradar/Getmany; regular A/B testing of prompts (Full-stack / Mobile / Design).
  • ICP validation of clients, preparation of personalized responses/proposals, and submission to invites.
  • Communicating up to the call stage; handing the lead off to the team (estimation/architecture) with a concise brief.
  • Maintaining a tracker of replies/invites and follow-up sequences for MQL/SQL.
  • Adhering to SLA: respond within < 1 hour during working hours; for overnight messages โ€” by 10:00 at the start of the next business day.
  • Weekly billing based on prepared files (by 12:00 UTC on Monday).

 

LinkedIn

  • Setting up and managing Linked Helper; preparing sequences and campaigns.
  • Building and validating a company database (AI pipeline), searching for relevant leads + personalization using AI.
  • Weekly updating/uploading lists to LH; messaging leads from profiles.
  • Commenting in the feed (Taplio or similar) to increase visibility.
  • Joint management of 2 personal pages + the company page (together with the content team).

 

Analytics & Processes

  • Updating the CRM/trackers, monitoring the funnel (from job post/lead to booked call).
  • A/B testing of messages, prompts, and sequences; reporting and proposing improvements.

 

Requirements

  • English B2โ€“C1, strong written communication.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork (bidding, invites, personalization) and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience with Gigradar/Getmany and Linked Helper; basic CRM/spreadsheet management.
  • Understanding of IT services/technologies sufficient for lead qualification.
  • Independence, analytical mindset, and discipline with respect to SLAs.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo/equivalents; Taplio.
  • Background in B2B (SaaS/HealthTech/Wellness) is a plus.
  • Understanding of core metrics: reply/acceptance/booked rate, CPL, % of SQLs.
