IT Project Manager to $2000

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Manager, who can take on core Project Management responsibilities, excels at requirements documentation, and is eager to grow into a dedicated Business Analyst role.

About the Project

We are developing a high-load Admin System (Admin Panel) for Australian catering and food delivery companies. This B2B project is a mission-critical tool designed to automate the clients' entire operational cycle, including order management, delivery routing, inventory tracking, and financial reporting.

• Contract Duration: Long-term commitment (2+ years).
• Team Structure: You will serve as the crucial link in a small 5-person team, bridging communication between the business stakeholders and our core developer.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Business Analysis & Documentation:
   • Elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Functional/Non-Functional Specifications).
   • Engage directly with the Australian client to clarify business goals and core needs.
2. Project Management:
   • Plan, prioritize tasks, and manage the product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
   • Monitor development progress, manage timelines, and track resource allocation.
3. Communication & Collaboration:
   • Act as the primary liaison between the Full Stack JS Developer and business stakeholders.
   • Organize and facilitate project meetings, demos, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in a Project Manager role within IT projects.
• Core Skill: Demonstrated ability to document detailed requirements, map business processes, and create clear user stories.
• Methodologies: Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum. Experience with Jira and Git (for task and release tracking).
• Growth Mindset: Clear desire and willingness to deepen knowledge and skills in Business Analysis.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level) are essential for smooth interaction with the client and the internal team.
