Linkbuilding and Outreach Specialist

Jelvix is seeking a Linkbuilding & Outreach Specialist to enhance our websites’ authority, visibility, and organic performance through high-quality backlinks and strategic outreach campaigns. This role combines research, communication, and analytical skills — ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building relationships, and constantly improving link-building strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Linkbuilder, Outreach Specialist, or PR Specialist
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Experience in outreach, link building, guest posting, PR posting, and crowd marketing
  • Proficiency in Ahrefs and understanding of link metrics (DA, DR, TF, CF, spam score, traffic, relevance)
  • Experience with Hunter.io, MailShake, BuzzStream, or similar outreach tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate link quality and campaign results
  • Experience preparing content briefs for copywriters

 

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WP website administration 
  • Proficiency in keyword research, analysis, and clustering

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the website’s link profile to identify pages that need additional link mass
  • Research competitors to uncover new link-building opportunities, potential donors, and promotion channels
  • Search and select donors with a relevant and commercial audience for company websites
  • Communicate with webmasters, editors, and site owners to arrange guest posts, mentions, and backlink placements
  • Compile technical tasks and content briefs for copywriters to ensure quality guest materials
  • Work with key SEO tools, including Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, BuzzStream, and Google Spreadsheets
  • Monitor published links, ensure their validity, and prepare performance reports
  • Learn and apply new link-building strategies and innovative outreach methods
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of outreach contacts and link placements
