Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn Direction)

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to expand our client network through LinkedIn outreach and B2B communication.
What We Value:
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach and international client communication
- Understanding of the web / mobile development process
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Searching for potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Analyzing client profiles and identifying collaboration opportunities
- Writing and sending personalized connection requests and messages
- Maintaining communication and supporting clients through the initial stages
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager and PMs to ensure client needs are met
- Tracking outreach results and preparing weekly reports
