Sales Manager
At DevKit, we are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our client base. You will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the US, EU, and Israeli markets!
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT outstaffing sales. You’ll be on the front line, finding exciting new projects for our talented development team.
- Deep understanding of a global market and ability to engage the strong pool of a client’ network (US, EU, Israel).
- Strong command of LinkedIn automation tools such as LinkedIn Helper, Dripify, or similar.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing high-performing email newsletter campaigns.
- Proficiency with sales and lead-generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalents.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Lead Generation team, providing guidance, direction, and support when needed.
- Solid understanding of and experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections confidently.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
