Head of Business Development

Our client is a fast-growing international startup in the iGaming industry, currently entering an active phase of expansion and scaling. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in building strategic partnerships and driving market expansion.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the iGaming sector;
  • An active network of contacts among online casino operators, platforms, and aggregators (especially in Europe);
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing;
  • Knowledge of various commercial models: revenue share, fixed fee, hybrid formats;
  • Understanding of casino content specifics (slots, live casino, RNG, etc.);
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to justify commercial terms;
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events and partner meetings;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • Ability to work autonomously with a focus on results rather than fixed hours;
  • High motivation for growth, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
     

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new partners: online casino operators, aggregators, and platforms;
  • Lead negotiations and sign commercial agreements (distribution, revenue share);
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to contract signing;
  • Expand and develop existing partner relationships;
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences (ICE, iGB, SiGMA, etc.);
  • Support clients post-integration together with the account management team;
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and provide strategic insights to internal teams;
  • Recommend optimal game portfolios and solutions based on partner needs;
  • Achieve commercial targets (revenue, number of integrations, etc.);
  • Coordinate with internal teams: finance, marketing, product, and integration;
  • Collect client feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
