About the Role

This role is for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, where processes are still being shaped and impact is immediate. At ChatRevenue, we focus on goals rather than ceremonies – no endless grooming sessions or heavy planning rituals.

You’ll have a direct influence on both architecture and product. No layers of management or endless approvals: decisions are made quickly through open discussions and collaboration.

Startup experience is not required – what matters is curiosity, drive, and readiness to build from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Develop backend features with Python/FastAPI and frontend features with React/HTML/CSS (Angular/Vue is also fine)
• Build integrations with CRM and communication platforms
• Design and optimize data pipelines
• Import and analyze external data, create ETL/ELT processes
• Embed AI-driven scenarios into backend and UI
• Own tasks end-to-end: from idea to production release and ongoing support
• Deliver in fast cycles: MVP → test → optimize → release
• Maintain DevOps best practices (testing, CI/CD, security)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python skills (FastAPI, async, Pydantic)
• SQL (PostgreSQL), Pandas, data pipelines
• React (preferred) or other modern frameworks (Angular/Vue)
• HTML/CSS
• Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka
• CI/CD, Git
• Strong teamwork skills: constructive reviews, open discussions, support for colleagues

Nice to have: OpenSearch, DevSecOps, advanced debugging, Azure API Management, Generative AI for UI, integrations with Salesforce/Google Meet.
