Enrolled Agent

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Enrolled Agent (EA) based in Europe to join our remote team serving clients across the United States.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in U.S. individual and small business tax preparation who are comfortable working remotely with international teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.)
• Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax laws
• Analyze financial statements and client documents to determine tax implications
• Advise U.S. clients on tax planning strategies, deductions, and credits
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients via email and video meetings
• Collaborate with the internal team on tax planning and advisory projects

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience preparing U.S. tax returns
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state tax laws
• Proficiency with Lacerte, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
• Must be based in Europe and able to work flexible hours to overlap with U.S. time zones
