About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Business Development Manager — someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in IT sales.
You’ll join a supportive team where mentorship, real projects, and hands-on experience come together to help you develop into a confident Business Development professional.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in building and executing business growth strategies across Europe.
  • Research potential clients, markets, and opportunities.
  • Support senior team members in outreach, calls, and negotiations.
  • Help prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Participate in online meetings, events, and networking activities.


What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in Business Development and IT sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (you’ll communicate with international clients).
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • A technical or business-related education will be a strong plus.
  • Prior experience or internships in sales, marketing, or client relations will be an advantage.
