Halon Partners is a fast-growing international iGaming company. We launch large-scale online gambling projects across global markets and actively invest in the growth of our clients and internal teams.

We are now expanding and looking for a strong VIP Manager to join our team and work with German-speaking players.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an energetic and proactive VIP Manager who can build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with players. Your key mission will be to retain and motivate VIP clients from Germany through a highly personalized approach and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players from the DACH region (focus on Germany)

• Increase player engagement through personalized communication (email, chat, phone)

• Boost player activity and loyalty via custom bonuses, promotions, and exclusive offers

• Monitor and analyze player behavior to craft individual incentives and experiences

• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Payment teams to enhance the VIP journey

• Provide regular reporting and performance tracking based on VIP KPIs

Requirements

• Fluent German is a must; English at Intermediate level or higher

• Experience in Customer Support, VIP account management, or iGaming is a strong plus

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients

• High emotional intelligence, stress resistance, and diplomacy

• Understanding of cultural and behavioral specifics of German-speaking players
