Support Broadcast Engineer

We are looking for a Support Broadcast Engineer to join our technical operations team.

The successful candidate will provide technical support, system configuration, and integration assistance to broadcast and production clients using our MAM platform.

You will work closely with our software development and deployment teams to ensure our clients receive efficient, reliable, and well-supported solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for IMC’s MAM - Media Asset Management , and workflow systems.
• Assist in system setup, integration, and configuration with third-party platforms (NRCS, NLE, Playout, Automation, Storage, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve issues in media workflows, transcoding, metadata management, and network configurations.
• Support software installation, updates, and database maintenance.
• Collaborate with the development team to reproduce, document, and troubleshoot client issues.
• Provide training and documentation to customers when required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Broadcast Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in broadcast or production environments (TV, post-production, or media IT).
• Strong understanding of Media Asset Management systems and file-based workflows.
