Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst (3+ years of experience) to join a fast-growing UK-based food delivery project. You’ll play a key role in shaping business requirements and translating them into actionable development plans. Ideal for a proactive professional eager to make an impact from day one.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product development, with strong expertise in Business Analysis or Product Ownership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in stakeholder management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in guiding products through the full lifecycle: from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of collaborating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

     

Nice to have:

  • Operational Support skills: maintain and improve internal tools and admin panels; prioritize internal process optimizations and bug fixes; support ad-hoc operational and analytical tasks; support with dedicated operational tasks execution (eg user verifications, data clean up etc)

 

Business Analyst responsibilities:

1. Product requirements ownership

  • Define and document product requirements and logic.
  • Convert needs into clear, testable tasks.
  • Prioritize backlog by business goals and feedback.
  • Align dev and QA on feature scope and feasibility.
  • Suggest UX/UI and flow improvements.

2. Customer feedback integration

  • Gather and structure user feedback.
  • Identify core issues and propose solutions.
  • Feed insights into the product backlog.

3. Data-driven improvement

  • Analyze product usage and user behavior.
  • Detect friction points and recommend optimizations.
  • Support data-based experiments and quick wins.

4. Planning & delivery coordination

  • Align roadmap and priorities with stakeholders.
  • Validate new requests and manage dependencies.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure clarity before development.
