Freelance Recruiter (Middle-Senior Level) Commission Only
As our Freelance Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle (or major portions thereof) for mid- to senior-level technology roles. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers, drive candidate sourcing, screening, and closure — on a commission-only basis. You will be expected to operate as a self-starter, manage your metrics, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated Middle–Senior Recruiter to join us in a freelance capacity to help source and deliver top tech talent globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role profiles, key criteria, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates for mid- to senior-level technical roles (developers, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, cloud architects, etc.).
- Use a mix of channels: LinkedIn, job boards, diaspora networks, social media, referrals, passive sourcing, talent communities.
- Screen candidates (CV review, technical fit, culture fit), conduct initial interviews, present shortlisted profiles to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and experience, coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and follow-up.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and closure, coordinate with on-boarding and HR teams.
- Track and report on your pipeline, metrics (time-to-submit, time-to-offer, placement ratio, etc.).
- Act as ambassador for DC Logic Group’s employer brand, conveying its value proposition to candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver high professional standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum ~3–5 years) in recruiting mid- to senior-level IT/tech roles (in-house or agency).
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, with strong self-discipline and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Solid sourcing skills: ability to find and engage passive candidates globally.
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written — English required (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle end to end (or large parts thereof) and meet placement targets.
- Familiarity with technology roles: cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, infrastructure. (Since DC Logic Group focuses on these areas).
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to partner with hiring managers, manage expectations, deliver results.
