Business Analyst Offline

• Deliver functionality to production alongside with the team;
• Manage the team's backlog: creating, prioritizing, analyzing and researching stories, accepting stories at the end of the sprint based on an accurate in-depth understanding of functionality and business needs;
• Work closely with the team to achieve sprint goals;
• Build strong and welcoming relationships with business users and stakeholders;
• Engage with stakeholders: clarifying requirements, understanding their level of satisfaction with the team and functionality, adjusting team actions according to feedback;
• Conduct and facilitate all team meetings;
• Analyze business requirements, develop functionality for them, do necessary research to confirm/refute hypotheses.

Requirements

• Relevant experience;
• Strong command of SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies;
• Ability to lead complex discussions about team performance with product management and stakeholders;
• Good understanding of the technology components of the platform.
