We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
This role involves actively searching for leads, communicating with prospects, and preparing analytics to improve our sales processes.

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of commercial experience in lead generation or a similar role.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional business correspondence.
  • Proficiency with office tools (MS Office, Google Docs).
  • Experience working with LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork.
  • Experience negotiating or corresponding with international clients (a plus).
  • English level B2+.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-organization and responsibility.
  • Results-driven approach.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Search for potential clients and maintain a lead database.
  • Process leads in the CRM system.
  • Manage and grow corporate LinkedIn pages.
  • Work with Upwork and other platforms to generate leads.
  • Maintain documentation related to the lead generation process.
  • Conduct negotiations with leads in English.
  • Collect and process feedback from clients.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on lead generation performance.
