Marketing Growth Manager

SmartMatchApp is a leading international SaaS platform that helps professional matchmakers and communities automate their business processes, manage clients, grow their matches and connect people for a purpose. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a proven record of driving growth to lead our marketing and customer acquisition initiatives using the latest technology, data, and AI tools. 

 
About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will design and execute innovative strategies to attract, engage, and convert new customers globally. You will leverage automation, personalization and AI to scale outreach, increase lead generation, and enhance brand visibility. You will also build a thriving online community and create multimedia content that supports SmartMatchApp’s mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive lead generation campaigns using cutting-edge AI and automation tools.
- Develop and optimize cold email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and webinar marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute growth experiments across channels — email, social, SEO, PPC, video, and partnerships.
- Create and distribute newsletters that educate, engage, and retain customers.
- Produce and promote YouTube videos showcasing SmartMatchApp updates, tutorials, and success stories.
- Build and nurture an active community of customers through social platforms, events, and online discussions.
- Manage webinars and virtual events with innovative formats that boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to increase organic reach.
- Analyze marketing funnel performance, optimize conversion rates, and report key metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to refine messaging and increase lead quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing tools, trends, and technologies.
 
Requirements

- Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing or digital marketing for SaaS or B2B tech companies
- Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing automation, and growth strategy.
- Hands-on experience with database and automation tools such as Apollo, Ocean, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, and PPC platforms and more.
- Skilled in SEO, newsletters, basic video creation, and community building.
- Data-driven mindset, and technical skills set with the ability to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new marketing technologies.
- Experience organizing and promoting webinars or virtual events.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing, content marketing, or advanced analytics.
