GTM Expert to $2000

๐ŸŸ  Details: we are looking for a hands-on GTM Expert with a strong focus on lead generation and outbound automation. You will design and run the GTM engine end-to-end: from research and enrichment to outreach and pipeline growth. We are especially interested in candidates who already operate with their own outbound setup and can bring it into action from day one.

 

๐ŸŸ  Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years in B2B outbound lead generation with hands-on automation experience.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a track record of high-converting cold outreach.
  • Proven ability to manage 10K+ outbound emails/month while maintaining deliverability.
  • Technical proficiency with sales & automation tools (Apollo, Instantly/SmartLead, Lemlist, n8n, Zapier, data enrichment tools, etc.).
  • Understanding of domain management, warmup, farming, and email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Candidates with a proven outbound setup will be prioritized.

 

๐ŸŸ  Responsibilities:

 

  • Design & run the GTM engine: own lead research, enrichment, AI-driven prompt & sequence creation, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, others) to drive meetings and SQLs.
  • Growth operations & automation: set up and continuous tool stack improvements and integrations (CRM, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly/SmartLead, n8n or alternatives) and ensure reliable synchronization, data hygiene, compliance, and strong deliverability.
  • Scale & Analytics: implement dashboards and analytics to track performance.
  • Reply management: create and integrate reusable reply snippets for common objections and FAQs.
  • Sales ops enablement: build tools for quick company analysis and targeting.
  • KPI: achieve at least 10 qualified sales calls per month from outbound efforts.

  • Screening with the recruiter (about 30 minutes).
  • Take-home task.
  • Interview with the Sales Team Lead (about 1 hour).
