The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product team and help shape the future of our IPTV / OTT platform used by telecom operators, hotels, and service providers worldwide. You will work closely with the Product Manager, development, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You Have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of the project life cycle and experience managing requirements through all stages.
• Proven ability to analyze and document requirements, write technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Practical experience working on global projects and collaborating directly with clients.
• A deep understanding of product functionality from both business and technical perspectives.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Figma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Upper-intermediate English level or higher.

   

It Will Be a Significant Plus If You Have

• Experience creating user interface sketches or wireframes.
• Experience with Android TV, Apple TV, or Smart TV ecosystems.
• Understanding of APIs, integration flows, and backend systemsfor content and subscriber management.

• Prior experience working with a white-label product setup.

   

What you will be doing

• Work closely with the Product Manager to turn ideas and customer needs into well-defined requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for new features across Back End, TV, Mobile, and Web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure shared understanding and smooth delivery.
• Ensure all new requirements align with the overall product logic, design patterns, and existing functionality.
• Keep documentation organized and up to date in Confluence.

• Participate in team discussions and occasional customer calls to clarify requirements or gather feedback.
