Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development projects;
- Strong experience in understanding, analyzing, and decomposing requirements for complex systems;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to clarify requirements and interpret developer questions;
- Fluency in writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, PRDs and any other documentation developers would require to understand what needs to be done;
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms;
- Solid technical knowledge, including understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture basics, and functional differences between back-end and front-end;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (PO, developers, QA, designers, architects) to deliver value-driven solutions;
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and solid understanding of SDLC.

Will be plus:

- Experience in integrations-heavy B2B SaaS solutions;
- Strong love for creating clear, structured, and detailed documentation;
- Technical professional or educational background;
- Professional certifications: PMI-PBA, CBAP, or other IIBA certifications.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of feature requirements, based on PRDs and business architecture provided by the Product Owner;
- Facilitate requirements gathering, clarification, and validation sessions with Product Owner, developers, and other stakeholders to reach mutual consensus and understanding;
- Identify and highlight risks, gaps, and dependencies early in the analysis process;
- Collaborate with the Product Owner in preparing and refining mockups/wireframes after requirements validation, ensuring flows and edge cases are covered;
- Translate validated requirements into epics, user stories, and technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria;
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation according to agreed standards (Confluence, Jira);
- Ensure requirements remain traceable, testable, and consistent throughout the SDLC;
- Work closely with developers and QA to provide clarifications, interpret questions, and resolve edge cases during implementation.
