Power BI Developer Offline

We're supporting a pharmaceutical client looking for a talented and driven Power BI Developer to join their dynamic analytics team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to global data initiatives and support critical decision-making processes within a leading life sciences organization.

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights.
• Connect and integrate data from multiple enterprise data sources (e.g., SAP, Azure SQL, Snowflake, Data Lake).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
• Implement best practices in data visualization, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance within Power BI environments.
• Support end-users and stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (3+ years in enterprise environments).
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with data integration and ETL from multiple systems.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare projects is a strong plus.
