Lead Retention Manager

We are looking for a Lead Retention Manager to join our team!

 

Requirements:

- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;

- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;

- Experience with client segmentation;

- Analytical mindset, ability to calculate the economics of promos as well as analyze the results;

- Knowledge of marketing metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.;

- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;

- Creativity;

 

Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a cross-functional team within the assigned region;

- Ensure team motivation, professional growth, and alignment with strategic regional goals;

- Analyze current performance metrics, set priorities, and develop plans to achieve regional KPIs;

- Plan monthly retention and reactivation campaigns, customized for regional market trends, cultural nuances, and the competitive landscape;

- Apply A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize promotional activities;

- To calculate predictions of the effectiveness of planned campaigns;

- Analyze post-campaign results, prepare detailed reports, and propose follow-up hypotheses;

- Develop and maintain player segmentation strategies to personalize marketing activities.
