User Acquisition Manager

And now we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help us scale even faster. This role will play a key part in driving our growth strategy, acquiring new users globally, and expanding our impact in the EdTech space.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a paid user acquisition strategy on the Meta platform.
- Management of marketing campaigns to achieve business goals, evaluating campaign performance based on both marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CR, CPA) and product metrics (LTV, ROI).
- Testing to identify the most effective combinations of creatives, funnels, and audiences.
- Close collaboration with creative, product and analytics teams.
- Conducting market research and generating new ideas and concepts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably in B2C or subscription-based products.
- Proven track record of managing Meta Ads at scale (other channels are a plus: Google, TikTok, X ads, Pinterest Ads etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with testing and optimizing campaigns for growth and profitability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build and scale UA processes from the ground up.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with product, creative and analytics teams.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
