Head of Recruitment (iGaming)

We’re looking for a strategic Head of Recruitment with deep expertise in the iGaming industry - someone who can build scalable hiring processes, elevate our employer brand, and cultivate a strong network of industry professionals. This role is pivotal to our growth: you’ll work closely with C-level executives, product owners, and tech leads to attract top talent for key positions.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience as Head of Recruitment or in a similar leadership role managing hiring strategy and recruitment teams
Proven background in iGaming: strong understanding of industry dynamics, roles, and regional markets
Active presence at industry events such as ICE, SiGMA, iGB, and more
Established network of candidates, recruiters, and thought leaders in the iGaming space
Proficiency with modern sourcing tools, analytics platforms, and recruitment automation
Ability to navigate multicultural environments and tailor approaches across Europe, LATAM, Asia, and MENA.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute hiring strategies across core functions: product, marketing, and tech
Strengthen our EVP and employer brand within the iGaming community
Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team of 10+ professionals
Implement metrics, reporting systems, and process optimization
Represent the company at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
