HRBP (iGaming)

We are a group of companies that has been operating globally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards. We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the following positions/positions HRBP.

 

Our company is at the stage when there is a need for HR managers, we already have more than 200 people.

 

At this stage the team consists of 2 recruiters

 

At the moment we are in search of just such a specialist who has or had recent experience in building business processes from scratch just for a company of this size with further growth.

 

Responsibilities
    •    Develop and implement core HR processes in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
    •    Build organizational structure and competency frameworks together with HRD.
    •    Strengthen corporate culture and internal communications across teams.
    •    Design and launch learning and development initiatives for employees.
    •    Introduce HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making.
    •    Optimize HR documentation and automate routine processes.
    •    Ensure compliance, personnel policies, and risk management in HR operations.

Requirements
    •    5+ years of experience in HR (HRBP, HR Manager or similar).
    •    iGaming experience is an advantage.
    •    Experience in process building and organizational development.
    •    Strong communication and change management skills.
    •    Knowledge of HR systems and automation tools.
    •    Strategic mindset with a practical, results-oriented approach.
