IT Project Manager
About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to support project execution, process organization, and effective communication between teams. This is a great opportunity for a specialist who wants to grow their expertise and gradually take on greater responsibilities.
Who We Are
Our RnD department consists of ten teams developing CRM, CMS, marketing tools, payment solutions, and other systems. We work on high-load projects, use modern technologies, and follow clear planning and development processes.
At our company, a Project Manager is responsible for outlining technical tasks, monitoring their priorities, and helping teams achieve goals on time while maintaining efficiency.

Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of experience in IT.
- At least 1 year of experience as a PM / PM Assistant / Business Analyst or 2+ years as a QA.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum).
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with GraphQL and REST API using postman/swager.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or similar task management systems).
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly explain tasks and coordinate the team.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- English level Intermediate+ (for working with documentation).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in preparing prototypes, presentations, and reports.
- Experience with Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, Miro.
- Experience in web development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner to define clear requirements, objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Assist in planning and organizing team work (creating tasks in Jira, ClickUp; decompose stories; backlog planning; identify risks).
- Monitor and control project progress and deliveries.
- Maintain project documentation, gather and clarify requirements.
- Organize and lead project meetings and support daily communication with the team (developers, QA, DevOps, analysts).
- Prepare reports and changelogs for projects.
