We’re looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our remote team and lead full-cycle tech hiring across North America.

What You’ll Do

• Run full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (engineering, product, DevOps, data, etc.)
• Source and engage top talent using modern tools and automation
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver fast, high-quality results
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

What You Bring

• 3+ years of IT/tech recruiting experience in North America
• Expertise in sourcing, outreach, and automation tools (HireEZ, ChatGPT, Lusha, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Available 8 hours/day during EST business hours
