Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales operations strategies to support global revenue targets
  • Lead performance analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies

  • Drive continuous improvement through data and performance insights

Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in call centre sales operations, business operations, or revenue operations (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech)
  • Proven track record in leading global or multi-regional teams and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools, and sales enablement platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership
  • Passion for fintech and innovation in financial services
  • Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes
