We’re looking for a Junior / Strong Junior Recruiter who will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with management, and help us attract the best talent to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process — from posting vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and providing feedback.
  • Communicate with managers to understand position requirements and company needs.
  • Build a talent pipeline and maintain candidate databases in the ATS.
  • Take part in optimizing recruitment processes and improving the candidate experience.
  • Learn and apply modern sourcing tools and best recruitment practices.
     

What We Expect

  • 6+ months of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in the IT market and motivation to grow as a recruiter.
  • English — intermediate or higher.
  • A proactive and positive attitude — we value curiosity and initiative!
