Job Description:
We're searching for a Service Delivery Manager, a budding project manager who is keen on mastering the art and science of project delivery. In this role, you'll be immersed in the world of project management, working closely with our experienced managers and learning the ropes of efficient and effective service delivery in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
·       Assist project managers with routine project tasks.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
·       Participate in client meetings, documenting requirements.
·       Learn to manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
·       Contribute to risk management and problem-solving in project cycles.
·       Gain exposure to various project management methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:
·       Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field program.
·       Basic understanding of project management principles and practices, PLC.
·       Strong communication skills, and readiness to work in a rapidly changing environment.
·       Eagerness to learn about service delivery and project management in the tech industry.
·       An analytical mindset with the ability to mitigate issues effectively.
·       Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
