About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to guide a team of talented designers. As the Lead Designer, you will be the cornerstone of design excellence on all projects, ensuring that the final outcomes align with both client goals and our team’s high standards.

You will be the key person for client relationships, team mentorship, and design leadership. Your role will be to help your team reach their potential, oversee the successful delivery of designs, and ensure that the client’s vision is realized.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated, providing regular feedback and ensuring their vision is met.

🔸 Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for design outcomes, making critical decisions that influence the success of the project.

🔸 Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of 7-9 designers, helping them grow in their skills and reach their professional goals.

🔸 Feedback & Quality Assurance: Provide actionable feedback to your team and ensure that designs meet the highest standards before presenting them to clients.

🔹 Training & Development: Plan and facilitate training programs for the design team to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

🔹 Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve design processes to increase efficiency and quality.

🔹 Decision Making: Be the final authority on design decisions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.

Requirements

🔹 3+ years of experience in design

🔹 Strong communication and presentation skills

🔹 Excellent decision-making abilities and accountability for project outcomes

🔹 Expertise in design tools and design systems, with an ability to improve existing processes

🔹 Experience working in agile/scrum teams is a plus

🔹 Advanced English (both written and spoken)
