RPA Developer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience
• Proficiency with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Experience with document automation (OCR, PDF data extraction)
• Ability to automate web portals, EMR/EHR interfaces, and email communication
• [Preferred] Background in healthcare projects (medical billing, claims, or clinical data workflows)
• [Bonus] Familiarity with Epic EMR, FHIR/HL7 APIs, or ICD-10 coding automation
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Intermediate or higher level of English for team communication and documentation

Project Responsibilities:

• Develop UiPath bots to automate clinical workflows in a healthcare/medical environment
• Retrieve and process patient data, vitals (e.g., heart rate), and physician notes from EMR systems (potentially Epic)
• Implement automation for extracting information from medical documents—PDFs, scanned notes, charts
• Integrate bots with healthcare APIs, hospital management software, or internal systems
• Build workflows to support ICD-10 medical coding automation and clinical data review
• Collaborate closely with healthcare and IT teams to clarify requirements, document solutions, and support system deployment
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and maintain secure, auditable automation processes
