Requirements
β 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on digital channels.
β Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, PR, partnership marketing, and branding, with hands-on experience in these areas.
β Proven experience in creating presentations and marketing content for various stages of the funnel.
β Experience in managing contractors and coordinating cross-functional execution teams.
β Strong collaboration skills with sales and other departments.
β Strategic thinking and experience in marketing KPI management.
β Proficiency with analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, email platforms, etc.).
β Solid knowledge of key marketing metrics: CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion to SQL/MQL, etc.
β Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate+).
β Experience in Web3 or crypto is a plus, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
β Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and market growth.
β Manage and optimize multiple marketing channels, leveraging the expertise of internal and external specialists:
β SEO: collaborate with the SEO team to identify opportunities for scaling organic lead generation.
β PPC: generate hypotheses and oversee the launch of advertising campaigns.
β PR: prepare press releases, announcements, and expert content.
β Media & Content: create and maintain presentation and promotional materials.
β Partnership Marketing: provide marketing support for B2B clients and partners.
β Build and enhance marketing analytics and reporting, deriving insights and hypotheses.
β Monitor key marketing metrics and budgets, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
β Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure execution quality and alignment.
β Initiate and lead marketing programs focused on lead generation and market share expansion.
