Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, IT, or related fields;

- 3+ years of experience in trading, market-making, or liquidity management (preferably in crypto);

- Strong understanding of trading systems and end-to-end logic in financial markets;

- Experience with trading algorithms, monitoring systems, and BI tools (Tableau, Grafana);

- Proficiency with trading terminals and APIs (REST/WebSocket);

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make rational decisions under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;

- Experience identifying key business points related to risk, compliance, and operations, and designing workflows to improve processes.

Responsibilities

- Support liquidity business development;

- Work with Ops, Risk, Engineering teams to build and continuously improve trading and risk management tools;

- Monitor liquidity metrics and trading strategies and optimize performance;

- Actively contribute to the growth and optimization of the liquidity business by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements.

- Analytics and innovation support.
