Salesforce Senior Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to serve as our "Code Review Specialist" for critical remediation projects. Your primary responsibility will be the deep analysis of existing custom logic, identifying critical technical debt, and developing a strategy for safely refactoring or retiring inefficient code. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality, performance, and reliability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive Code Reviews of custom solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, complex Flows), identifying performance, security, and complexity issues.
• Identify custom logic that is "muddling" business processes and develop detailed plans for refactoring or replacement with standard CGC/Salesforce features.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automation tools.
• Ensure high test coverage and write robust unit tests for critical components.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and CGC SME to align technical execution with the overall architectural vision and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers on coding best practices, design patterns, and DevOps processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Senior level).
• Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC/Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Mandatory deep experience conducting Code Reviews with a focus on architectural patterns, Governor Limits, and SOQL optimization.
• Excellent understanding of OOP principles and Salesforce Best Practices.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) and CI/CD processes.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to clearly document technical findings and recommendations.
